Extruder Machine Operator

We are looking for a Extruder Machine Operator to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion machines as per production plan and work instructions.

• Set up the machine, dies, temperature, pressure, and speed parameters before production.

• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation.

• Ensure production meets quality standards and customer specifications.

• Load raw materials and monitor material consumption.

• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.

• Inspect finished products for dimensions, appearance, and defects.

• Record production data, machine parameters, and daily output.

• Report machine breakdowns or quality issues to the Maintenance and Production teams.

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.

• Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.

• Follow safety procedures, housekeeping (5S), and company policies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
