Purchase Manager

We are looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and spare parts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and contracts.

• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Stores and Production departments.

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to improve cost and quality.

• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.

• Ensure purchased materials meet quality specifications.

• Track supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery.

• Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.

• Maintain procurement records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Work on cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
