We are looking for a Export Coordinator to join our team at Top Syringe Mfg. Co. Pvt. Ltd The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all export activities including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and tracking orders.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., Incoterms, customs regulations, export control).
Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor and manage export schedules and ensure alignment with production and delivery timelines.
Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status, export documentation, and delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, quality, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist in audits and ensure the firm adheres to export-related quality and compliance standards.
Monitor shipping costs and work on cost optimization strategies without compromising service quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in export coordination, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience working with export markets like the USA, Europe, Middle East, or Asia.
Familiarity with trade finance instruments like Letters of Credit (LCs).
Certification in Export-Import Management or International Trade (optional but beneficial).
