Job Summary:

B and B Tripple Wall is seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the dispatch operations at our Telangana facility. The role involves managing dispatch schedules, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining records and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily dispatch activities.

• Coordinate with drivers and transport teams for smooth delivery operations.

• Ensure proper documentation for all outbound shipments (delivery notes, invoices, gate passes).

• Supervise loading and unloading activities and verify dispatch accuracy.

• Track and monitor vehicle movement and resolve route issues.

• Communicate with internal departments (production, sales, and stores) for dispatch readiness.

• Optimize routes to improve cost-efficiency and delivery times.

• Maintain daily dispatch reports and records.

• Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a Dispatch Supervisor or similar logistics role.

• Knowledge of dispatch operations, documentation, and local transport routes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, tracking tools).

• Ability to work under pressure and handle field teams.

• Candidates from Mehaboobnagar or nearby areas preferred.
