Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: B and B Tripplewall, Anthireddyguda, Telangana 509228 Industry: Manufacturing – Corrugated Boxes & Packaging Experience: 2 to 4 Years in manufacturing/production line supervision Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on experience) FG GG G Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the corrugated box or packaging industry, and strong team management skills. .. .. . Key Responsibilities:  Supervise production processes to meet daily/weekly production targets.  Monitor and manage the performance of machine operators and production workers.  Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.  Allocate manpower efficiently and ensure optimal machine utilization.  Track raw material consumption and coordinate with stores for timely availability.  Identify and resolve production issues in real-time.  Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols on the shop floor.  Maintain production records, downtime logs, and shift reports.  Support the QA/QC team in identifying and reducing rework or defects.  Report to the Plant/Production Manager regarding performance and productivity. FF FF Candidate Requirements:  Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred.  2–4 years of experience in a production supervisory role.  Good knowledge of corrugated box machines (e.g., Flexo, Slotter, Die Cutter, Folder Gluer) is an added advantage.  Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.  Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
