HIRING: DISPATCH EXECUTIVE – MANUFACTURING
📍 Location: Sector 58, Kaili, Ballabhgarh
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing unit ke daily dispatch operations ko manage karna.
Customer orders ke according timely dispatch plan aur coordinate karna.
Transport arrange karna aur dispatched material ki tracking karna.
Delivery status aur pending dispatches ka regular follow-up.
Dispatch-related documents and records maintain karna.
FIFO (First In, First Out) principle ke according order processing ensure karna.
Sales, production, accounts, transporters aur customers ke saath coordination.
Dispatch data aur reports ko Excel mein accurately maintain karna.
Required Skills
Minimum 30 WPM typing speed
Good English Communication skills
Advanced MS Excel
India ke States, Cities & Map/Location ki good knowledge
FIFO system ki understanding
Material/order tracking skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong documentation and follow-up skills
Manufacturing/dispatch experience preferred
