Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily site work and ensure progress as per schedule.

2. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers.

3. Verify construction work as per drawings and specifications.

4. Manage site material receipt, usage, and stock records.

5. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.

6. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the management.

7. Supervise works such as RCC, plastering, tiling, plumbing, and electrical.

8. Ensure quality and timely completion of all construction activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.

• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and plans.

• Knowledge of material and manpower management.

• Good communication and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and photo-based reporting.

Experience:

• Minimum 0 to 7 years of experience as a Site Supervisor.

• Experience in residential (Duplex / Row Bungalow) construction preferred.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
