Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC turning machines (tool setting, offsets, job loading)
Operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts as per drawings
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets
Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality
Perform basic programming edits (G-code/M-code) if required
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or ITI (Turner/Machinist)
Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation
Ability to read technical drawings
Familiarity with measuring tools and quality checks
