We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning machines to produce precision components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC turning, tool setting, measurement instruments, and interpreting engineering drawings.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up CNC Turning machines as per job requirements
Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and tool layouts
Perform tool offsets, tool changes, and necessary adjustments
Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality
Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other instruments
Maintain machine cleanliness, routine lubrication, and basic troubleshooting
Ensure adherence to safety standards and production timelines
Record daily production data and report issues to the supervisor
Work closely with quality control to resolve dimensional deviations

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma in Machinist / Mechanical / Fitter OR relevant experience
Proven practical experience in CNC Turning (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controls)
Strong understanding of machining processes and cutting tools
Ability to handle measurement instruments
Basic knowledge of CNC programming (added advantage)
Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
