Maintenance: Perform routine checks, clean machines, and report mechanical issues.
Troubleshooting: Resolve issues during machining operations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and report discrepancies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a VMC/CNC Operator/Setter.
Technical Skills: Read engineering drawings, understand machining processes, tool setting, and basic CNC programming.
Tools: Familiarity with Fanuc controllers and CAM software (like Mastercam) is often required.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and good communication.
