CNC Machine Operator

Operate and manage 3 Axis CNC Biesse machines efficiently.

Use bSolid software for program selection, editing, and execution ( programming knowledge required).

Understand and work as per AutoCAD drawings and production layouts.

Read and interpret AutoCAD/shop drawings and convert them into CNC programs.

Optimize tool paths, cutting parameters, and reduce cycle time where possible.

Perform precise drilling, hinge boring, grooving, and cutting for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture parts. including complex machining operations.

Ensure proper setup, tool selection, and job alignment before machining.

Maintain machine cleanliness, perform basic maintenance, and follow safety standards.

Minimum 2 years of experience on 3 Axis CNC Biesse machine.

bSolid software operating knowledge (basic editing & running of programs).

Familiarity with cabinet making, wardrobe units, and modular fitting systems.

Ability to read AutoCAD or shop drawings.

Understanding of woodworking materials: MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer.

Teamwork, discipline, and quality-focused mindset.
