Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and edit CNC programs using G & M codes for Turning machines (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controls).

Perform machine setup, tool setting, work offset setting, and prove-out of new programs.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and GD&T specifications.

Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining parameters.

Operate CNC Turning machines to achieve production targets while maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators.

Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, tool life, and productivity.

Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and implement corrective actions.

Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure adherence to TPM and 5S practices.

Maintain production and inspection records while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
