Key Responsibilities

 Basic ability to read, understands, and interprets engineering(Tool)

drawings and specifications

 Basic ability to write programs and adjusting the geometries on the

machine for the tools like Drills, End Mills, Reamer.

 Knowledge on Tool software like Numoroto, MTS, and any other

 Worked on 5/6 Axis CNC Grinding Machines like Saacke, Anca, Widma,

TGT, Walter, Rollomatic & any others.

 Performing inspection and measurement

 Knowledge and Usage of Zoller instrument.

 Knowledge on Use of Grinding Wheels.

 Basic ability to read, understands, and interprets engineering drawings

 Quality inspector with good knowledge of FMEA,7QC Tools, Control

plans, Inspection plans knowledge APQP documentation Etc.
