Job Role & Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines (Turning) as per drawing specifications.
Set up tools, take offsets, and select appropriate programs.
Read and understand engineering drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Load and unload workpieces properly to ensure safety and productivity.
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
Maintain machine parameters and ensure quality production.
Maintain machine and work area cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Report defects or machine issues to the supervisor.
