Job Description

Will be responsible for 4-Axis machining

center (FOM-FMC 340)

Responsibilities

• Check and operate based on daily production schedules.

• Maintain complete programs for the machining requirements of commonly and newly

introduced systems.

• Select correct cutting tools and fixtures.

• Check and maintain the required tools for all the machining requirements. Replace

worn/damaged tools whenever necessary.

• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubrication.

Candidate requirements

• Knowledge of CNC machine operations. (4-Axis machining center).

• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T basics.

• Familiarity with measuring tools.

• Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
