Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC Bending Engineer to operate CNC press brake machines and produce accurate bent sheet metal parts. The engineer will lead two helpers assigned to the machine.
Key Responsibilities
Read and understand drawings and bending sequences.
Set up, program and operate CNC press brake machines.
Select the right tools and dies for each job.
Check bend angle and dimensions against specifications.
Reduce material wastage and rework.
Guide the two helpers and assign their daily work.
Do basic machine maintenance and report breakdowns.
Follow safety rules and maintain production records.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or a related field.
[2 to 5 years] of experience in CNC press brake operation.
Knowledge of drawing reading, bending allowance and tooling.
Basic team handling skills.
