Job Description

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Turning Centers, etc.)
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
Troubleshoot CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.)
Read and interpret electrical drawings and machine manuals
Maintain maintenance logs and service records
Coordinate with production team to reduce machine downtime
Handle PLC troubleshooting and basic programming support
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools
