Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator with experience in the modular furniture manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC routing machines for cutting plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, and other panel materials as per production drawings and nesting files.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Operate CNC router machines for panel processing used in modular furniture production
📐 Read and understand cutting layouts, nesting files, and technical drawings
🪵 Handle materials like MDF, plywood, particle board, HDHMR, laminates, etc.
⚙️ Perform machine setup, tool change, and calibration as required
📊 Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
🛠️ Monitor machine performance and report technical issues immediately
📦 Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage
🧹 Ensure workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures
📋 Maintain production records and daily machine logs

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Relevant Trade (preferred)
✅ 2–5 years experience in CNC routing machine operation (modular furniture industry preferred)
✅ Knowledge of nesting software (e.g., AlphaCAM, ArtCAM, NC Studio, or similar)
✅ Ability to read production drawings and cutting plans
✅ Understanding of panel-based furniture manufacturing process
✅ Basic machine maintenance knowledge

Preferred Experience

⭐ Experience working with modular furniture manufacturers
⭐ Exposure to beam saw, edge bander, or drilling machines is an advantage
⭐ Knowledge of optimization and material utilization techniques
