We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator for our client ECOMAN makarpura gidc.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines according to production schedules.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Measure finished parts using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Perform tool offset adjustments as required.
Inspect components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
Replace worn cutting tools and report tooling issues.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
Record production data and inspection results.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
