Job Description

Prepare and review Quality Plans for pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, piping, valves, fittings, structural materials, and fasteners.

• Review and prepare Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) for MS, CS, SS, and AS materials.

• Prepare and review NDT procedures, painting procedures/specifications, hydrostatic & pneumatic test procedures, and Positive Material Identification (PMI) documents.

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and international codes/standards and implement them in quality plans.

• Review inspection and test reports for various mechanical equipment packages.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements and project specifications.
