CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning centers) based on job orders.

• Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to control speed, feed, and tool paths.

• Perform routine maintenance checks and keep equipment clean and well-maintained.

• Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Complete production logs and documentation as required.
