We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity with Agriculture Technologies ., a fast-growing startup in the agritech sector. They are currently hiring for the position of Executive – Compliance and Quality Control at their facility in Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai.

Position Overview: This role involves ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance for fertilizers and bio-fertilizers. You will manage lab operations, documentation, and liaise with government bodies for licensing and audits.

Key Requirements:

• Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology (mandatory)

• Experience: 2–3 years in quality control/compliance within fertilizer, bio-fertilizer, agrochemical, or biotech sectors

• Technical Skills:

  • Microbial analysis, fermentation processes

  • Familiarity with FCO, BIS, CIB-RC, and organic standards

  • Lab equipment handling and SOP documentation

• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative

Compensation: As per industry standards and candidate experience 

Joining Timeline: Immediate preferred; kindly specify your notice period

Work Location: MIDC Taloja Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai 

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 

Working Hours: 9 hours/day 

Probation Period: 3 months
