Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Sonale Village. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to carry out machining processes.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine errors and production issues.

• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of CNC machines.

• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and tolerances.

• Maintain records of production activities and report to the supervisor.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the workstation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in CNC machine operation.

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tools, and machining processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Skilled in machine troubleshooting and error fixing.

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 2.5 LPA (based on experience and skills).

• Immediate joiner or candidates with shorter notice period preferred.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
