Job Description

Responsibilities: Create and edit CNC programs for VMC/CNC machines. Set up machines, fixtures, tools, and work offsets. Interpret engineering drawings and process requirements. Optimize machining parameters and cycle times. Conduct first-piece approval and process validation. Troubleshoot machining and quality issues. Maintain tooling and setup documentation. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience in CNC programming and machine setup. Proficiency in Fanuc/Mitsubishi/Siemens controls. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments. Knowledge of tooling, feeds & speeds, and machining processes.
