Duties/Responsibilities:

Ø CNC Operating .

Ø Grinding (Cylindrical) machine operator,from cnc background, job setup knows.

Ø Offset taking & Programme selection.

Ø Job inspection on machine as per drawing.

Ø Part loading/unloading.

Ø Tool management.

Skills to have :

Ø Must Know G-CODE & M-CODE.

Ø Engineering drawing knows.

Ø Must Know GD&T.

Ø Pro-efficient metro-logical instruments.

Ø (micrometer,vernier,roughness meter).

Competencies Required:

Ø Grinding Parameter must known

Ø Problem Solving Ability.
