The Role As a Civil Designer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, S3D, E3D, and CADWorx for 3D modelling, drawing extraction, and detailing. Strong expertise in RCC and Structural Steel detailing, including fabrication and erection drawings. Experience executing and supporting US and international projects. Proven ability to mentor junior designers, review deliverables, and maintain quality standards. Strong experience coordinating with clients, home offices, and global execution teams. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality design outputs within project schedules. About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: More than 20 years of experience in Civil & Structural design and detailing for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Industrial projects. Thorough knowledge of model reviews, interdisciplinary coordination, and detailed drawing checking. Excellent communication skills with flexibility to support late-evening client and home office meetings.
