Business Operations Manager

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen manufacturing unit, including production planning, process optimization, and cost control.

• Ensure timely execution of orders, adherence to quality standards, and efficient utilization of resources.

• Supervise manufacturing processes such as cutting, fabrication, coating (powder/PU), assembly, and installation preparation.

• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and design teams to maintain smooth workflow, timely deliveries, and proper inventory levels.

• Lead and manage supervisors, technicians, and shop-floor staff to build a disciplined, accountable, and productive team.

• Implement workforce training, monitor performance, and promote safety and continuous improvement practices.

• Ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in modular kitchen/furniture manufacturing operations.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process management skills are essential; knowledge of ERP and lean manufacturing will be an added advantage.
