Production Planning, Management and Development
v Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
v Ensure planned KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
v Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
v Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned day hours.
v Co-ordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
v Ensure prescribed line PMS (Product Management System) are completed timely.
v Drafting a timescale for the job.
v Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
v Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
v Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
v Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
v Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization. ISO Activities
v Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS [Quality Management Systems] GMP’s [Good Manufacturing Practice] and 5S processes.
v Maintain ISO related records for Production.

v Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.
v Reviewing the performance of subordinates.

v Planning for the day today in-house activities.
v Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure.
v Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
v Implementing the KRA’s [Key Result Area] Procedure.
Documentation & Records
v Create and review the Day today shop floor activities.
v Maintain records related to Production Operation.
People Management
v Supervising and motivating a team of workers and Executives and evaluate their performance and finding the Training Needs.
Communication, Co-ordination Information
v Liaising among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, managers.
v Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
v Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business’s objectives.
