Shrisailaa Technologies Private Limited is looking for a skilled AutoCAD Engineer / Draftsman to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings and layouts as per project requirements.
Role Summary
The HVAC Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC manufacturing activities including ducts, AHUs, panels, skid units, and related assemblies. The role requires fair working knowledge of AutoCAD to interpret and prepare drawings, coordinate with design and site teams, and ensure production accuracy, quality, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Manufacturing
• Execute daily production activities for HVAC equipment (AHU, ducting, panels, skids, accessories).
• Convert AutoCAD drawings into shop-floor execution plans.
• Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, insulation, and testing teams.
• Ensure production targets are met as per project schedule.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
AutoCAD & Documentation
• Read, understand, and modify HVAC drawings in AutoCAD.
• Prepare:
• Shop drawings
• Fabrication layouts
• GA drawings (basic level)
• Coordinate with design team for drawing clarifications and revisions.
• Maintain drawing records and revision control.
Quality & Standards
• Ensure production complies with HVAC standards and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections and internal quality checks.
• Assist in FAT / trial runs where applicable.
• Follow ISO / QMS procedures if implemented.
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with:
• Design team
• Purchase & stores
• Project/site engineers
• Prepare daily / weekly production reports.
• Support dispatch planning and documentation.
Safety & Housekeeping
• Ensure adherence to shop-floor safety norms.
• Promote good housekeeping practices (5S preferred).

Technical Skills
• Fair knowledge of AutoCAD (2D mandatory).
• Basic understanding of:
• HVAC systems & components
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Insulation practices
• Ability to read BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
Soft Skills
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work under production pressure and timelines.

• Diploma Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• ITI with relevant HVAC experience may also be considered.

Experience
• 2–6 years experience in:
• HVAC manufacturing unit OR
• HVAC project execution with production exposure

Preferred (Added Advantage)
• Experience with AHU / CDU / skid fabrication.
• Knowledge of ERP / production planning systems.
• Exposure to ISO / QA documentation.
