ASM- SPC Repair Center Date Posted: 2026-07-17 Country: India Location: No.92 Jigani Industrial Area II, Jigani Village, Aneka,Karnataka, BANGALORE -560 105, India General Summary: The candidate will be responsible for managing Repair center at our OTIS Electronics Repair Centre (OERC) situated at BW factory. The Engineer maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services. Primary responsibilities: Handling Electronics Repair Activity for Drives & PCB. Day-to-day activity for repair as per plan to ensure minimum repair turnaround time. Planning of Components required for Repair & tracking of its consumption. Tracking, resolution & RRCA on Repair found defective cases of OERC. Site visits if required. Responsible for Development of Simulators, test procedures, necessary tools, field testing for the identified item. Root cause analysis of repetitive failures & implementation of precautionary measures to increase its service life. Good analytical & presentation skills Good at Cross functional activity with purchase, accounts, Regional Stores & field. All Data maintenance & data analysis as per the requirement EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS All Data maintenance & data analysis as per the requirement EXPERIENCE · 6 years of experience in Repair / Drive industry · Elevator background is added advantage ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED Good knowledge of Variable frequency Drive of different make Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills: He should be able to solve technical issues through problem solving methods and find clear solutions. Identification of Electronics components & can be able to understand circuit diagrams.
