Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to manage daily production activities, supervise the production team, and ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of customized industrial machinery.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
Manage and supervise production workers, fitters, welders, and helpers.
Ensure timely completion of machine manufacturing and assembly.
Coordinate with the design, purchase, stores, and quality departments.
Monitor production schedules, material availability, and manpower allocation.
Ensure quality standards and minimize production delays and wastage.
Handle fabrication, fitting, welding, and machine assembly activities.
Maintain production reports, job cards, and related documentation.
Ensure proper implementation of safety rules and workplace discipline.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years in production or manufacturing, preferably in industrial machinery manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, fitting, and machine assembly.
Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle production planning and meet delivery deadlines.
