We are looking for a Assistant Production Manager (Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering) to join our team at Shekharson Technologies Llp. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of electrical panel wiring, control panels, and industrial electrical components.
Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
Knowledge of PLC, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and SMPS.
Experience in assembly, wiring, testing, and validation of pouch packing machines.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve machine-related issues.
Knowledge of machine testing, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Basic understanding of pneumatic systems and machine automation.
Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as a multimeter.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
