About the Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer and exporter of industrial furnaces, delivering high-quality engineering solutions to domestic and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and production teams for smooth operations.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and work with 2D/3D engineering designs.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, documentation, and daily MIS.
• Monitor machine utilization, material availability, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Eligibility
• B.E./BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in industrial equipment, fabrication, or heavy engineering will be an added advantage.
