Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join our team at Shakti Rubber Industries. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing daily production activities to meet production targets.
Prepare and monitor production schedules for timely order completion.
Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.
Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, and maintenance departments.
Maintain production reports, machine records, and inventory data.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Supervise production operators and maintain shop-floor discipline.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years in a manufacturing industry (plastics, automotive, or engineering industries preferred)
