Job Summary :

The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production operations. Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage daily production activities to meet output targets 9321023813 Monitor production e efficiency, quality, and cost Monitor production.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance  Identify process improvements, reduce.

• Provide feedback to Research and Development team to ensure better functionality of the vehicle.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate preve.

• Maintain production records, reports, and Consistently volunteers for and capably manages increased responsibilities .

• Ensure compliance with safety standards,  Support new product development,Train and guide production operators partments for smooth operations Provide feedback to Research and Development team to ensure better functionality of the vehicle ntive and breakdown maintenance Ensure adherence to production schedules, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Operation departments for smooth operations Identify process improvements, reduce wastage, and improve cycle time Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials Provide feedback to Research and Development team to ensure better functionality of the vehicle Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance ntain production records, reports, and stock data Consistently volunteers for and capably manages increased responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and statutory requirements Support new product development, trials, and process validation Train and guide production operators, technicians and interns Skills Competencies.

• Strong knowledge of Electric Vehicle &  Understanding of production planning and control (PPC).

• Quick problem-solving and Knowledge of quality tools.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management Automobile / EV / Engineering / Manufacturing industry Electric Vehicle &manufacturing processes Understanding of production planning and control (PPC) solving and analytical skills of quality tools and their uses Good communication and team coordination skills inventory management and MS Office Automobile / EV / Engineering / Manufacturing industry Qualifications

• Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Experience 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

• Experience in automotive or EV industries 1 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Experience in automotive or EV industries is an advantage.
