Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Technical Proposals & P&ID with strong experience in technical offer preparation, P&ID interpretation/modification, and engineering documentation. The role involves working closely with commercial, operations, and site teams to prepare technically compliant proposals for refinery and industrial projects.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Technical & Engineering

• Prepare technical offers in response to RFQs / tenders

• Review, interpret, and modify P&IDs, PFDs, and GA drawings

• Develop scope of work, methodology statements, and technical clarifications

• Prepare equipment lists, BOMs, volumes tables, and datasheets

• Support costing by providing engineering inputs to commercial teams

• Ensure compliance with client specifications, codes, and standards

• Proposal & Documentation

• Create and edit drawings using Microsoft Visio

• Prepare flow diagrams, system layouts, and process schematics

• Assist in pre-bid queries, deviation sheets, and technical compliance matrices

• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize bid submissions

• Maintain proper version control and documentation records

• Coordination & Support

• Interface with operations/site teams to understand execution requirements

• Support post-order engineering clarifications if required

• Assist in preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures
