Your work will include -
Looking after day-to-day production
Helping maintain product quality
Coordinating with workers on the shop floor
Following up with vendors whenever required
Making sure production targets are achieved
Helping plan daily work
Maintaining production records
Helping with inspection and quality checks
Coordinating with stores and dispatch
Helping arrange manpower if someone is absent
Reporting production issues quickly
Following safety procedures
Helping recruit workers whenever required
Making sure work is completed on time
Experience -
Diploma Mechanical preferred
5-20 years of factory experience
Production / Fabrication / Assembly / Manufacturing background
Supervisory experience preferred
Skills -
