About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Production Manager to join our dynamic team at MM Efficient Gadget LLP. This role involves hands-on operation of production machinery, product assembly, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment efficiently.

• Assemble, pack, and inspect products according to company guidelines.

• Maintain production records and manage tool room inventory.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

• Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for tool improvements and new mold trials.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
