Assistant Production Manager

We are looking for a Asst. / Sr. Production Manager to join our team. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities, including organizational skills, negotiation skills, production planning all the while collaborating with various teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Understanding client preferences, market trends for making informed decisions. 

·       Good understanding of the supply chain, from sourcing materials to coordinating production and delivery. 

·       A broad understanding of the garment manufacturing industry, fabric knowledge and manufacturing processes, is essential for success. 

·       Need to be able to identify problems and find effective solutions. 

·       Need to often work with tight deadlines and should to be able to prioritize tasks effectively. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Experience Range in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
