Job Description

Production & Operations Management

Supervise day-to-day shop floor activities across machining/tooling lines
Ensure production targets (daily/weekly/monthly) are achieved
Monitor machine utilization, cycle times, and productivity

Process & Quality Control

Ensure adherence to tooling tolerances, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with QA for in-process and final inspection
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects/rejections

Team Handling

Manage and guide operators, technicians, and machine setters
Allocate manpower based on production priorities
Train workforce on SOPs, safety, and quality practices

Machine & Maintenance Coordination

Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
Monitor CNC/VMC/Tool Room equipment performance Only mechanical B.tech/diploma candidate apply please
