Job Summary:
To lead end-to-end RMC production operations. Own plant output, quality, cost, and safety. Ensure on-time concrete supply to all sites as per BOQ/mix design while maintaining plant efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution Plan daily production schedule based on pour orders from Sales/Dispatch.
2. Allocate TMs and pumps in coordination with Logistics In-Charge.
3. Ensure plant runs at optimal capacity with minimum idle time.
4. Handle emergency/bulk pours and night concreting
Quality & Technical Control
· Implement mix designs approved by QC Lab and clients/consultants
· Monitor batching accuracy, slump, and in-transit quality with QC team
· Approve mix adjustments for moisture, weather, or site conditions Ensure cube casting, testing, and NABL reporting timelines.

Material & Inventory Management
· Monitor stock of cement, fly ash, GGBS, aggregates, admixtures daily
· Raise material indents to Purchase to avoid stock-outs
· Check weighbridge calibration, silo levels, and bin sensors
· Control wastage of raw materials <0.5% and recycle water usage
· Schedule preventive maintenance with Mechanical team to minimize breakdowns
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Education: B.E./Diploma Civil/Mechanical or B.Sc. with RMC experience
· Experience: 5–8 years in RMC, with 2+ years as Shift In-Charge/Plant In-Charge
· Technical: Hands-on with Schwing/KYB/Apollo batching plants,
· Software-MS Excel, Tally ERP, Batching software
· Other: Strong planning, team handling, and vendor coordination
