Position

Assistant Manager – Quality

Salary

₹50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance and process quality activities
Manage customer quality requirements and audits
Handle root cause analysis and corrective actions
Monitor process improvements and quality KPIs
Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards
Coordinate with production and supplier quality teams
Maintain quality documentation and reports

Requirements

Strong experience in automotive manufacturing quality
Knowledge of sheet metal, press shop, and weld shop processes
Experience in customer handling and audit management
Good leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of quality tools and standards preferred
