Job Title: SolidWorks Design Engineer Required for Industrial Automation & SPM Design

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SolidWorks Design Engineer for developing industrial automation machines and Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The candidate should have strong experience in mechanical design, automation concepts, and machine development for manufacturing applications.

Scope of Work:

Design industrial automation machines and SPMs in SolidWorks
Create complete 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings
Design machine structures, fixtures, conveyors, tooling, and automation systems
Develop pneumatic, servo-driven, and mechanical motion systems
Work on machine concepts for production line automation
Modify and improve existing machine designs for better performance
Prepare BOM and fabrication drawings

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of SolidWorks (3D Modeling, Assembly, Drafting)
Experience in industrial automation and machine design
Knowledge of pneumatic systems, servo motors, sensors, and actuators
Understanding of fabrication, machining, and assembly processes
Ability to create production-ready designs
Good understanding of machine functionality, tolerances, and process flow

Preferred Experience:
2–5 years in industrial automation, packaging machines, conveyor systems, filling & sealing machines, and custom SPM development
