Job Description: Advanced Associate/Senior Analyst – US Access Letters Team (EYP EMS) Position Title: Advanced Associate (Staff2 / Senior 1) Team: US Access Letters Team – EYP EMS Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally proficient professional to join the US Access Letters Team within EYP EMS as an Advanced Associate. The role involves reviewing and analyzing legal documents, with a primary focus on contract-related content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze contracts and related legal documentation with a focus on access and compliance requirements Interpret key contractual terms and assess potential risks or inconsistencies Perform document review tasks with high accuracy, maintaining quality and turnaround benchmarks Support preparation and validation of access letters in line with client and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure seamless delivery Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive legal information Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: Law graduate (LLB) from a recognized institution Experience: Relevant experience in contract review and/or document review Strong understanding of contractual clauses, legal terminology, and risk indicators High level of attention to detail and analytical capability Effective written and verbal communication skills Operational Requirements Ability to work in US shifts Flexibility and willingness to work in rotational shifts May be required to work on weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements Preferred Skills Prior experience in legal operations, contract lifecycle management, or document review teams Familiarity with US legal documentation and standards Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
