Required Skills Legal & Contract Management Expertise Strong knowledge of legal and contract management technologies. Understanding of the full contract lifecycle (request, authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, and post-execution management). Ability to operate effectively at a Staff or Senior level. Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation 1–2 years of experience in implementing CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, DocuSign, Malbek, Sirion, or similar). At least 1 year of hands-on experience with any CLM system configuration and administration. Mandatory CLM Configuration Skills Configuring workflows and approval processes. Setting up templates, clause libraries, and contract playbooks. Creating and customizing dashboards and reports. Nice-to-Have (Optional) Skills Experience integrating CLM platforms with other enterprise systems. Experience in data migration to/from CLM systems. Knowledge of AI-enabled CLM capabilities (e.g., contract analytics, insights, or similar features across CLM platforms). Other Key Skills Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to design creative and effective solutions. Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data. Strong research skills, including using CLM vendor documentation and support tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision. Experience creating deliverables such as technical specifications and solution designs. A growth mindset with willingness to learn new platforms and technologies. Qualification & Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field. 4–5+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications, including CLM platforms. At least one CLM-related certification/accreditation (Agiloft, DocuSign, Sirion, Malbek, or equivalent preferred). Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and tools. Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data. Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision. A growth mindset and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies. Required (Must-Have) Technical Skills Strong understanding of REST APIs (HTTP methods, JSON). Proficiency in JavaScript (basic to intermediate, including API integrations). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Experience with C#. Understanding of OAuth and authentication concepts. Familiarity with CLM concepts (e.g., contracts, templates, workflows, approvals, repository, reporting, and deployments). Nice-to-Have Technical Skills Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Experience working with CLM APIs (platform-agnostic). Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools. Understanding of Webhooks and event-based integrations.
