We are looking for a Legal Assistant / Paralegal with 2–3 years of experience in LPOs or legal support environments, having hands-on exposure to US and UK legal processes. The role involves supporting attorneys and legal teams with drafting, research, compliance, and litigation-related tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
This position is ideal for candidates comfortable working in a US shift environment, managing multiple legal workstreams, and collaborating with international legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Drafting
Review, draft, format, and manage legal documents including contracts, pleadings, filings, and correspondence
Ensure documents meet jurisdiction-specific formatting and compliance standards
Legal Research
Conduct legal research across multiple practice areas
Prepare summaries, case briefs, and research notes as required
Compliance & Contract Support
Assist with contract lifecycle management, including drafting, review, redlining, and tracking
Support compliance requirements and regulatory documentation for US and UK jurisdictions
Litigation & Legal Support
Assist with litigation support tasks such as document review, exhibit preparation, and case file organization
Support e-filing, docket tracking, and coordination where required
Computer & Technical Skills
Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document formatting
Comfortable working with legal software, document management systems, and LegalTech tools
Ability to manage digital files, databases, and online legal platforms efficiently
Multi-Practice Area Exposure
Work across Corporate Law, IP, M&A, Litigation Support, and related legal domains
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations teams
Experience:
2 yrs of minimum experience in LPO/or paralegal corporate office, or experience in the US, UK paralegal process.
