Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Legal Liaison professional with experience in the real estate industry

to coordinate with government departments, statutory authorities and internal teams to ensure

timely legal approvals, documentation and compliance for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with BBMP, BDA, Revenue, Registration and other government authorities.

• Coordinate approvals, licenses, NOCs and statutory clearances.

• Prepare, verify and maintain legal documentation.

• Follow up with departments for timely approvals.

• Coordinate with advocates, consultants and project teams.

• Maintain records of legal documents and correspondence.

• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of Legal Liaison experience in Real Estate.

• Good knowledge of land documentation and statutory procedures.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male candidates preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
