Job Description

• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.

• Assist in drafting applications, replies, written submissions, and legal notes.

• Prepare case briefs and research memos.

• Research on IBC, Companies Act, CPC, Commercial Courts Act, and allied laws.

• Maintain legal precedents and support the legal team in ongoing matters.

Eligibility:

• LL.B. from a recognized university.

• 1 year of experience, preferably in Commercial Court, NCLT, or IBC matters.

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases (SCC Online/Manupatra).
