We are looking for a Fresher Advocate interested in building a career in tax litigation and advisory, with particular exposure to GST litigation.
Role & Responsibilities
Drafting replies to Show Cause Notices, appeals, legal submissions and representations
Legal research on GST, taxation and allied laws
Research and analysis of High Court, Supreme Court and Tribunal judgments
Assisting in GST adjudication, appellate and GSTAT matters
Preparing case briefs, factual chronologies and legal propositions
Assisting seniors in hearings, conferences and litigation strategy
Coordinating for case documentation and filings
Candidate Profile
LL.B. graduate / Fresher Advocate
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Good command over English
Ability to understand and analyse statutes and judgments
Keen interest in taxation and litigation
Candidates with basic knowledge of GST will be preferred, though prior experience is not mandatory
