We are looking for LLB pass out from reputed university like DU or NLU or Amity and who have had commerce at School stage or have pursued Bcom(before LLB) or BBALLB. Those without commerce background are considered fit for the current role. The profile job is expected to undertake legal briefing of the cases - mainly taxation cases at Tribunal or High Court level and Legal research and drafting of appeals / Writs, WRitten Submissions, Synopsis & Also writing Articles etc.
